I’m working on a writing exercise just now. It requires me make a short story or flash fiction out of four different statements, all involving hands. The task is proving to be tougher than I imagined simply because I can’t think of anything interesting, and if I did, I would have to give my best to it. I mean, I would have to turn it into a work of fiction that I would hopefully be proud of. That’s tough because I have high standards, and right now, I think all my ideas suck.

But I will try to make it work somehow tomorrow if I still have the time.
